We will drive deep into your food habits and why you do what you do when you know what you. I will give you tools and guidance to move forward in this area of your life with a healthy mindset around food, body image and give you confident n the kitchen with weekly cooking workshops. 

This is not a weight loss or food plan program, but rather learning what YOUR body needs on an emotional and nutritional level.

Each week we will have a 60 minute group call via Zoom with the weekly topic. Then there will be a 90 minute cooking workshop every Monday evening in Wellington. In the workshops we will cover a different meal time each week, giving you quick, easy and healthy ideas for the WHOLE family.
