An Introduction to mindful and intuitive eating to find peace with food again, including food demo and tasting. 

Eugenia Nikiforow from Mindfoodness - Nutrition and Mindfulness Coaching and myself have teamed up to present this 3 hour workshop how to take the power back to enjoy food you love and achieve your health goals. 

In this workshop we will: 

- Talk about how mindful and intuitive eating can help overcome dieting, overeating and emotional eating. 
- Show how to swap ingredients to make foods more healthy & nutritious to enjoy foods we love without restrictions. 
- Provide solution to simplify and taking the guess work out of how to prepare healthy snacks.
- Make our own bliss balls to take away and sample on the day - perfect for snacks and kids’ lunchboxes.

Eugenia will guide you through a mindful eating experience that you can walk away and implement the learned techniques and tools into daily life straight away.
