How To Make Healthy & Tasty Main Meals

Getting creative in the kitchen and making tasty, healthy and quick meals can be hard and time consuming. Do you find yourself making the same three or fours meals each week, this can get boring and we feel like just going and getting burgers from the takeaway shop instead.

Well I have designed this 1 hour workshop to give you the tools and knowledge on how to bring flavour and taste to each meal, what spices, herds and flavours match and how to create yummy, healthy and super quick dinners/lunches for the whole family. Everything will be demoed in front of you and you will walk away with a booklet with all the information covered, not to mention the confidence to feel like a master chief in your own kitchen. 

This workshop is held at Crave Kitchen in Lyall Bay.
