1x small grated carrot
1x small grated zucchini
1 cup grated sweet potato
2x Table spoons of grated brown onion
1x whole egg
1 heaped tablespoon of coconut flour (or any flour of your choice)
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Cracked pepper to taste
½ cup chopped basil or any other herd you like
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Heat a pan on stove top with coconut oil or spray. Then get your hands messy and roll the mixture into small patties ( if the ingredients aren’t really sticking add an egg white). Then place in pan on low heat and cook!
Then ready to eat
This is a great idea to substitute bread with so enjoy with poached or boiled eggs.
